About Me

 I grew up in Colorado, skiing the winters away in the lovely Rocky Mountains and conversely, the summers in the gorgeous landscapes of Virginia. Feeling a profound connection with the land, I began pursuing the sacred knowledge I perceived hidden therein.  

 
During those early years of discovery,  I recognized that I was dealing with a more sensitive constitution and would easily succumb to illness and general difficulties with health. I was determined to find the core essence of my issue, so as to be able to continually pursue various forms of physical, mental, and creative endurance that compelled me. It was then that I began seeking out holistic solutions to my wellness issue, where western allopathic medicine had been unable to assist. In actualizing that pursuit more seriously, I was truly amazed by the results. I found that my body has the ability to heal itself through concerted holistic efforts and the use of nature’s abundant plants. From that point on, through personal community practice and working alongside the public with herbal medicines, I was able to help people find their own healing path as well.   

 I began passionately working with plants as herbal medicine, helping people find the right herbs for their individual needs. During this time, I discovered that I have an innate ability to work empathically with others. Having a sense that enabled me to help people look within themselves, untangle complicated life issues, and attain goals that seemed out of their reach. Though these skills have arisen from natural instincts, the extensive time immersed in direct teacher/student communication and worldly hands-on training has only refined the “philosopher’s stone.” These experiences have filled me with an insight and knowing that only many years of experience can truly enable.  

 Since 1995, I have managed and owned several businesses that deal entirely with the health of the body, mind and spirit. Through these business endeavors and my own studies on the side with individual professionals and scholastic programs, I have acquired a large skill set that I can now share with you!
